The development was in two phases, on adjacent sites separated by a vehicular road.
The vehicular access is restricted to the main drop off area, with parking in the basement.
Movement in the site is by golf carts, the emphasis is on a continuous outdoor space, interspaced with various features for the enjoyment of the residents
